What does it measure? How is it used? Why is B3 using this tool? How can B3 partners use this tool to maximize quality experiences for children?

Danielle has been an educator and advocate in the field of early childhood for 3 decades. She has her BS in Child Development and her MS in Educational Leadership. Danielle has designed and run programs for a full range of ages from infancy through adulthood. She enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband, 4 grown children, and grandchildren whenever possible. Danielle grew up surrounded by a community where there was always a baby to hold and an elder to lose to at card games. She is currently the Program Quality Manager for the Office of Early Childhood.
