The Pyramid Model provides the framework for implementing practices needed to intentionally promote young children’s social and emotional competence. Relationships form the foundation of the Pyramid Model and are necessary for everything else we do. Through discussions, vignettes, and group activities, we will explore the importance of building relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
