WOYC Shifting from "Reacting to Stress" to "Responding to Stress"

Training

Feeling tired, stressed, overwhelmed? Noticing that you are running low in energy and wishing to take some time to take care of yourself, yet keep showing up and becoming more and more reactive (a.k.a. in the fight, flight or freeze mode) than you wish? If the answer is YES, come and join us to learn and practice some ways to shift from “reacting to stress” to “responding to stress” so that we can feel calmer, more centered and grounded even though the stressors are still there. The calmer, more centered and grounded we can become, the better we can co-regulate with those who are around us: win-win!
